Chocolate Cake
Some days ago I have made a chocolate cake. I used 80% cacao chocolate and added even some cocoa to it. It came out fairly well. So you can say that I like my chocolate cake quite ‘chocololaty’. I usually like non-frosted chocolate cakes but I suppose a black forest cake can be good occasionally if it is done properly. One of the most amusing things is what happens if you keep a cookie jar full of this cake around. It seems that it keeps disappearing on its own. It’s almost magical. Although I suspect it may have something to do with my mother.
I have decided that I am going to bake a batch of brownies soon for a change and it may be as early as today because I plan to host a dinner party tonight. So just keep watching this space for yet more cakes…

wow, yummy cake but ugh, un-Odzerish blog look!
@ Priyank : Thanks, but Green is my favourite colour!
The cake looks yummy like most of your baking odzer. But like Priyank I too wonder why you changed the lovely theme.
@ Nita : Thanks! I liked my former theme as well but it was not so popular with some friends. Now it seems this one is not so popular either with some other friends. I guess so in that sense it stays the same but as all things change this theme will change as well one day.
Arre yaar, cake di inni soni soni photoan laganda hai post vich, te recipe share nahin karda.
Odzer, mainu Punjabi bolni aandi hai, likhni te padhni hale nahin.
So you’ll have to either translate or transliterate your comment.
@ Amit : Its okay you speak like a native though! All I said was “Thank You, for publishing recipes I think I will start a new blog. Please wait for a while”. I have a problem with reading transliterated Punjabi or HIndi. That is one of the reasons I hate text messages. I can never read them correctly because there is no standard. Everyone spells everything differently!
